Noon + Effies Operations Manager
Are you an experienced Operations Manager? We’re looking for a leader to manage and drive operations across Noon + Effies. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef, overseeing and supporting:
> guest experience + venue standards
> leadership + team development
> functions, events + activations
> menu development w/ a big focus on the coffee program
> labour planning + management across both venues
> day-to-day operational performance
The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality management background, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Venue Manager and as a strong barista, a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams.

The Effies, Sunset Sabi and Chica Bonita team are looking for casual chefs.
At Chica Bonita, make all things, burritos, quesadillas and tacos. weekend and night availability is a must.
If a cafe/wine bar is more up your alley, join the Effies team to make scrambled eggs by day, and vongole frites by night. You’ll need weekend availability, both mornings + evenings.
Japanese bar sound a bit of you? Send out sushi, sashimi and karaage chicken and more out our Sunset Sabi kitchen.
